Last night we packed our kitchen with a sold out crowd and watched Chef Jet Tila whip up a very tasty Pan Asian menu. Not only is Jet a talented chef but he also puts on a great show. Time went too quickly for all us as he led us through 5 recipes. His Panang Curry is the best and that Misoyaki Black Cod just melted in your mouth. Of course he showed us the ever impressive pineapple fried rice (picture).Thanks Jet for teaching in our kitchen. We hope you come back soon!!
